My left ear is completely deformed. Even the hole is blocked since my birth. So, is it possible to gain the ear loop through the operation? And, how much does it cost?

PLZ I NEED TO RESHAPE MY LEFT YEAR,ITS BIG!I ALREADY HAD ONE,BUT IT DIDN’T AFFECT THAT MUCH,I AM VERY VERY HANDSOME,BUT JUST THIS EAR IS MY WEAK POINT AND IT GIVES ME 24 HR COMPLEX AND ANXIETY AND STRESS,IF ONLY THERE IS A WAY TO RESHAPE IT AND MAKE IT OKAY AND IF ONLY THERE IS A WAY THAT AN ARTIFICIAL EAR CAN BE MADE TO WEAR IT ON MY LEFT EAR,SO THAT TO HIDE THAT EAR,JUST LIKE A GLOVE OR FACE MASK,PLZ HELP ME
