FLU & COLD :
The flu is a disorder caused by a virus. This virus is most frequently found in the respiratory ducts, even though it may also be located in other parts of the body, like the muscle and causing pains and cramps
It is evidenced by body discomfort and headache, breathing difficulty, fever, weeping eyes, nasal blockage, sneezing, aching body and a desire to lie down and rest.
The most common cause is contagion, nevertheless, stress weakens the immune system and the person becomes easy pray for the flu virus.
Suggestion:
The flu is produced by a virus which is hard to fight. Nevertheless, the body will fight it through the immune system, which is why it is important to keep this system in good condition.
One way to stimulate the immune system is to take Echinacea in addition to vitamins A, C, E and Zinc.
Important: Drink lot of water.
Warning! The flu is normally found in the upper part of the respiratory tract if congestion goes down to the lungs it may be dangerous. In this case consult your physician.
