		<description>I drink V8 V fusion it gets rid of my appitite and gives me energy, liquids that are healthy are less calories then solid food. Green tea is good too. Also go to sleep early.
Also every time you swallow somthing drink a sip of water cuase that helps too.</description>

		<description>I always try to less 1-2 days a week to start , so I mentally trick myself into belive its not hard. then increase a day each week. I a month I have cut back my daily intake and on the road to healthy weight.</description>
