Its been quite a few years that I'm facing problem with my scalp. To be precise, I'm getting dry flakes on my scalp and also it looks like dead skin which when I remove takes out my hair from the root. I'm not bald yet and my hair looks good but I have a fear that I might loose them all. On my scalp I do get many a time pimples as well which pain a lot and it contains the pus kind liquid or simple transparent watery substance whenevr I have checked. I get very small dots like rough areas on my scalp which is not everywhere but at most of the places. Can you please guide what to di in these case? Hi.
