Well like all of the above I too have the fever,cough,back ache, body ache, chills and alot other things. It thought it was just something that would have passed until i could not get out ofthe bed the next morning so i went to the urgent care where i was diagnosed with the H1N1.. My advise is do not wait!! seek medical attention. I wish this on no one!!

I am having dry cough from last 4 days. Cough almost reduced alot yesterday,but from yesterday evening my rib cage is paining as if i fell over my chest and running nose. Even vomitted. Initially thought it could because of indigestion as i had food from outside, but the combinations made me think. Could you please suggest?

After reading some of the symptoms, I do not think I have the swine flu. But here goes my symptoms: my rib cage aches, I feel like achy like the flu and I have a fever. I also feel as if the cold/flu is intermittent the last few days. No vomiting, I do not have diarrhea. But I am just concerned. I am an adult, 36 years old black male. What advice do you have for me?

I have had mid to upper gastric pain x 1.5 weeks with nausea but no vomiting. Today I started to have frequent diarrhea, body aches, severe headache, chills, and temp ranging from 99.3 to 100.9 after taking tylenol. I did not eat for most of the day (only early a.m.) and had little to drink due to pain/nausea in my upper gut. Every joint hurt including fingers and the back of my neck has been chronically hurting for this same time period. My muslces also hurt and I feel very weak. I have had increased my fluids and ate small meal and took 800mg Ibuprofen and am still hurting and still have a fever but it is now 99.4. I am 52 y.o. and female with hypothryoidism, s/p total hysterectomy x 2 yrs ago (on Premarin daily) and take Prozac, Synthroid. Is it possible to have swine flu without the upper respiratory symptoms (no sore throat, mild cough in a.m.). I also had a syncopal episode today with tingling in my fingers in both hands.
